1. Architectural Design & Planning

• Assist in developing architectural designs, layouts, and space planning for retail stores and malls
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, concept designs, and construction documents
• Ensure designs meet operational, safety, and brand requirements

2. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams (Project, Engineering, Leasing, Operations, Marketing)
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors on architectural matters
• Support site coordination during construction, renovation, and fit‑out works

3. Design Compliance & Standards

• Ensure architectural designs comply with company standards, building codes, and local regulations
• Review tenant shop drawings and fit‑out proposals for approval
• Monitor design quality and consistency across all retail locations

4. Site Support & Supervision

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and architectural quality
• Identify design or construction issues and propose solutions
• Support inspection, handover, and defect rectification processes

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, and design changes
• Prepare reports related to project progress and architectural issues
• Support cost control by coordinating design changes and variations

6. Continuous Improvement

• Support improvements to retail design standards and space efficiency
• Follow new trends in retail design and customer experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural design or site coordination
• Experience in retail, mall, commercial, or mixed‑use projects is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong architectural skills may be considered
• Strong design, layout, and space‑planning skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work under deadlines and multiple projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or other architectural software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with 3D rendering software is a plus
