Job Description

Design and develop network solutions that meet customer, business, service, and cost optimization requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and technical teams to gather requirements and propose appropriate network architectures.
Prepare technical solution designs, proposals, and implementation plans for enterprise and ISP customers.
Design and implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 network solutions, including MPLS, routing, switching, and connectivity services.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments with customers and infrastructure providers to ensure solution viability.
Coordinate with multiple infrastructure providers to evaluate connectivity options, compare costs, and recommend the most suitable solution.
Configure and provision network technologies, including RRPP, STP, SEP, MPLS, routing, and switching solutions.
Support project implementation and ensure solutions are delivered according to design specifications.
Manage multiple solution design projects while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical development within the team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ISP, telecommunications, or mobile network environments focusing on network design and solution engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with fiber infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise network solutions.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, Routing, and Switching.
Hands-on experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 network architecture and implementation.
Solid understanding of fiber infrastructure technologies and collaboration with infrastructure providers.
Experience designing carrier-grade and enterprise connectivity solutions.
Ability to perform technical surveys, network assessments, and solution validation.
