Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Legal and Compliance Executive to support hospital operations in Phnom Penh, ensuring legal integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
● Advise management on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters affecting hospital operations.
● Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, policies, and internal legal documents.
● Monitor healthcare laws, labor rules, licensing requirements, and other applicable regulations.
● Support investigations, incident reviews, and corrective actions related to compliance risks.
● Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders as needed.
● Maintain accurate legal records, case files, approvals, and compliance documentation.
● Develop and deliver guidance to staff on legal procedures, ethics, and compliance standards.

● Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
● 4+ years of legal or compliance experience, ideally in healthcare, hospital, or regulated sectors.
● Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance frameworks, labor law, and regulatory processes.
● Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
● Strong communication skills in English; Khmer proficiency is an advantage.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in MS Office and comfortable preparing reports, policies, and legal documentation.
