• Draft legal advice and opinions to clients on labor and employment matters.
• Prepare legal briefs, memoranda, pleadings, contracts, agreements, and other relevant legal documents.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting employment contracts, internal labor regulations, and employment policies.
• Supervise the filling of labor-related applications and supporting documents of labor compliance with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MLVT)
• Coordinate and support labor and employment due diligence.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Stay informed of economic, business, and legal developments relevant to client matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients on assigned matters, providing direction, updates, and support.
• Supervise case management activities, including document coordination, timelines, and matter closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, courts, government authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
• Draft, review, and update templates and working tools to ensure correct, efficient, and consistent use.
• Prepare fee proposals and budgets for assigned matters.
• Manage billing processes, including preparation of fee proposals and accurate recording of billable and non-billable time.
• Actively participate in business development, networking, and firm-building activities in line with firm objectives.
• Perform other substantive, secretarial, and administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.
