Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor and achieve self-monthly sales and payment collection targets for stationery and photocopy paper (PPC) via various stationery channels and customers in respective provinces
  • Distribution coverage – To introduce and sell our Stationery products, Increase active customers in their demarcated area and channels, they will be required to make monthly Van sales trip to other nearby provinces and acquiring new customers etc.
  • Building long-term, positive relationships with our customers by addressing the needs and concerns that they have. In addition, through customers via market visits, to also collect market information such as industry information, competitor’s activities and promotions etc.
  • Merchandizing – Responsible for increasing brand presence, display facings, and achieve best display spots in area.
  • Assist in executing marketing activations and trade promotions as a team planned by the management in their demarcated coverage area
  • Admin matters to further structure and strengthen oneself for productivity – Fixed Journey plan (FJP), Daily Sales Report (DSR), Credit Review, Quarterly reviews etc. – Perform other relevant tasks as required by superior

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 graduate minimum, Bachelor’s degree and above will be preferred
  • Good communication in Khmer and English
  • Good at computer skills (Ms. Office)
  • Knowledge on stationery products will be a plus
  • Sales experience at least 2 years
  • Willing to travel to other nearby provinces (Van sales/Motorbike trips)
  • Independent, organized, have good initiatives, humble, and willing to learn
  • Able to think quickly on the spot during communication with customers, not afraid to face rejections, and following up with customers diligently
