Manage the end-to-end sales process, including market research, prospecting, client appointments, product presentations, needs analysis, and contract negotiation to successfully close deals. 

Develop and nurture connections within key sectors: Hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), Corporate & Commercial, Professional Cleaning & Facilities Management, Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing, Education, and Residential Management. 

Conduct regular outdoor visits within the assigned territory to meet with potential customers and promote our product offerings. 

Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. 

Maintain all necessary sales and marketing documentation in line with company policies. 

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management. 

Participate in company-provided training to enhance your skills and product knowledge. 

Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

A minimum of two years of experience in a sales role, with at least one year of experience in the industrial chemical cleaning sector.

Proven ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken). 

Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
