Job Purpose:
To develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships for international shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, and import customs clearance services.
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their logistics requirements, preparing competitive quotations, negotiating service agreements, and coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promote international air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and cross-border trucking services.
-Handle customer inquiries for import and export shipments.
-Collect shipment details, including commodity, origin, destination, cargo volume, weight, shipping terms, and cargo readiness date.
-Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking partners to obtain competitive freight rates.
-Prepare and submit quotations for international shipping services.
-Follow up with customers on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments.
-Explain shipping options, transit times, routing, and applicable charges to customers.
-Support customers with suitable shipping solutions based on their budgets and delivery requirements.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or B2B sales is preferred.
-Basic understanding of international shipping, air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and transportation services.
-Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and import/export procedures is an advantage.
-Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
-Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop customer accounts.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
-Good command of English and Khmer; additional languages are an advantage.
-Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
