The Senior Sales Supervisor (ASM) is responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area. This role ensures that sales targets are met or exceeded, supervises sales teams, implements sales strategies, and builds strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth. 

  • Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and provide coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible for marketing coordination across social media platforms and on-the-ground activations.
  • Ensure proper execution of retail plans and merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff as needed.
  • Report area sales results to regional sales management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Experience in the same industry (e.g., Automotive & Microfinance) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Staying within the target area is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic market environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
