Job Description

Provide creative direction and mentorship to the team, ensuring the highest quality of design work.
Lead brainstorming sessions and design reviews, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the department/team.
Create visually stunning graphics for various marketing campaigns, including but not limited to brochures, posters, social media graphics, and email templates.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Develop compelling content for various communication channels, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
Create and edit promotional videos, social media content, and motion graphics.
Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement with our audience.
Monitor social media trends, analyze social media data, and strategize campaigns.
Good command of English both written and verbal.
Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years as graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good storytelling abilities and the capacity to convey messages precisely clearly.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a flexible and fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
