Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Gathering and maintain all company-related information and supporting documents associated with registered Companies.
  • Prepare tax declaration report, including monthly, yearly and others required tax documents.
  • Handle E-filling report and payments.
  • Prepare cash advance and clearing forms.
  • Access and update all company permit and licenses
  • Prepare documentation for company registration, deregistration, and changes.
  • Create email, and e-filling user accounts and passwords as needed.
  • Liaise with various ministries and external auditors.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge and research skills in taxation, accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and develop team members.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and communicate issues, trends, and changes in financial performance and operational delivery.
  • Prepare reports for the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), the General Department of Taxation (GDT), and other relevant ministries.
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, friendly, flexible, honest, and hardworking.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Gender: Male / Female
