Class Operations & Quality Assurance

• Attend and observe assigned classes to ensure smooth operations and track student performance through the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Coordinate logistics for class onboarding/offboarding and support trainers in demonstrating AI marketing tools and classroom flows.

• Assist with quality assurance efforts, including program evaluations and documentation of student campaign results.

Student & Trainer Support

• Provide learning support or one-on-one explanations to students on subject matter (e.g., AI content generation, SEO, automated ad campaigns, and data-driven insights) during practical activities.

• Respond to basic student questions or clarify instructions while the trainer focuses on main delivery.

• Serve as a bridge between the academic team and trainers/students to gather insights and follow up on class issues.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or have a background in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Communications or related field. 

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and interest in Generative AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Communication: Clear written and verbal skills in English.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new AI-driven platforms and LMS software.

• Mindset: Observant, self-motivated, organized, and professional with a high level of integrity.
