We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can blend traditional editing expertise with cutting-edge AI tools. Your mission will be to transform AI-generated assets into polished, cinematic content that captivates audiences in the United States and around the world.

What You’ll Do

* Edit and assemble raw AI footage into polished final cuts for series, trailers, and teasers.
* Perform AI-based lip sync using approved tools to ensure seamless performance.
* Synchronize voice-overs, dialogues, captions, and transitions with frame-perfect accuracy.
* Enhance the screen experience by editing background music and atmospheric sound effects.
* Apply professional color correction, graphics, and motion elements to elevate visual quality.
* Collaborate closely with writers and AI designers to maintain stylistic and narrative flow.
* Manage project files, asset organization, and backups for all production workflows.
* Conduct final quality assurance checks to ensure every deliverable is "Hollywood-ready."

* Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in film, OTT, or professional media production.
* Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
* A strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
* The ability to align audio and visual elements with extreme attention to detail.
* A solution-oriented mindset empowered by a passion for new technology and AI.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English is required for coordination with our international creative team.

Bonus Qualifications

* Experience with vertical dramas or mobile-first storytelling platforms (e.g., ReelShort, DramaBox).
* Familiarity with AI generation tools for video, voice, or imagery.
* Background in sound design or motion graphics.
* Chinese language skills are a plus.
