•    Lead the in-house creative team, overseeing all visual design and branding projects 
•    Directed photo and video shoots for food, venues, and events to align with marketing campaigns.
•    Developed comprehensive brand guidelines and refreshed logos to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
•    Designed monthly promotional materials including menus, posters, packaging, and social media visuals.
•    Collaborated with the marketing, operations, and culinary teams to ensure creative output aligned with business objectives.
•    Mentored junior designers and provided art direction to maintain visual standards and team performance.
•    Led brainstorming sessions, implemented creative strategies, and introduced workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in the field of design or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in creative design, art, and production 
- Have these technical skills: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, 3D, Animation, Photography and Videography
