Job Purpose (Overall key responsibilities)
- Creating and executing visual merchandising strategies to boost sales and enhance customer shopping experience.
Key duties and Responsibilities
• Create, develop, and implement all visual merchandising programs.
• Plan the execution of in-store planogram and VM display in support of sale objectives.
• Create effective display and shopping experience to maximize revenue and customers satisfaction.
• Regular store visit store to communicate and cross check all visual layout and ensure correct display implementations.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Primary point of contact and key communicator with regional business partner teams to ensure all VM alignment is consistency with their brand identity and guideline.
• Ensure smooth co-operation across all cross-functional department.
• Lead team on VM elements production and on oversea order to ensure all part of the process is align in timely manner.
• Responsible for planning, tracking, and managing VM internal budget.
• Provides final review and sign-off for all externally shared VM reports and documents.
• Oversee the setting up of new stores opening, pop-up, events, and on-going display updates, ensuring adherence of brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
