● Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms or transport as needed.
● Provide safe, timely driving services for hotel guests, staff, and errands when assigned.
● Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle and ensure it is fueled, checked, and ready for use.
● Support front office and concierge tasks to create a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
● Handle guest requests professionally, with care, courtesy, and attention to detail.
● Follow hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety standards at all times.

● Previous experience in hospitality, guest service, or driving is preferred.
● Valid driving license and good knowledge of Phnom Penh roads and traffic rules.
● Friendly, polite, and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
● Physically fit and able to lift luggage and remain active throughout the shift.
● Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members and guests.
● Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
● Basic English communication is an advantage; other languages are a plus.
● Presentable appearance and commitment to maintaining hotel service standards.
