● Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
● Replace linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to ensure rooms are fully stocked.
● Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room status updates promptly.
● Follow hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures to maintain a high level of service.
● Assist with special cleaning tasks and support the housekeeping team as needed.

● Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior housekeeping experience is an advantage.
● Able to work in a hospitality environment and follow instructions carefully.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
● Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
● Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and reliable attendance.
● Basic communication skills in English and/or Khmer are preferred.
