*Responsibility
- Maintain a clean, organized, and actionable project backlog.
- Ensure business requirements are clear, complete, and feasible before development begins.
- Escalate complex or unclear requirements to the ERP Manager or Lead Developer.
- Protect developers from trivial interruptions and low-value requests.
- Gather and analyze requirements by interviewing users and drafting initial backlog items.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Manage meeting schedules, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain user access permissions.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing before tasks are marked as completed.
- Provide support for minor functional issues and standard user requests.

*Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, System Support, or ERP Administration roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and requirement-gathering abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and ERP systems.
- Ability to coordinate with users and technical teams effectively.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
