• Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection.
• Lead facility improvement and expansion projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facility infrastructure.
• Support equipment layout planning and utility provisioning for new production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and operational needs.
• Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate facility documentation, drawings, and maintenance records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facility Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in facility engineering or plant infrastructure management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience managing facility projects and maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IATF 16949)
• Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments
