• Own and drive website and app traffic growth for PropertyHub

• Develop and execute the monthly traffic strategy across SEO, social media, AI search, paid campaigns, and content distribution

• Plan and manage the content calendar across all channels

• Manage the outsourced content agency and coordinate with video creators and designers

• Manage and grow official channels on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and LinkedIn

• Plan and run advertising campaigns to drive quality traffic and leads

• Monitor SEO performance, search rankings, and AI search visibility

• Analyze Google Analytics and Google Search Console data to guide traffic and content decisions

• Work with software developers to improve landing pages and conversion rates

• Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and property companies to expand reach

• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports

• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of SEO; good understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• Good understanding of paid advertising, including Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads

• Good knowledge of content planning and multi-channel distribution

Skills and Abilities

• Strong oral, writing and presentation skills in Khmer and English

• Ability to manage agencies, creators, and partners rather than executing everything alone

• Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, and optimization

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
