Design and execute employee engagement strategies, initiatives, and programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Conduct regular surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, engagement surveys) and analyze results to recommend actionable improvements.

Organize employee-centric events such as team-building activities, wellness programs, recognition ceremonies, and internal communications campaigns.

Collaborate with HR, management, and cross-functional teams to enhance employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding.

Manage internal communication platforms to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Monitor engagement metrics and present monthly/quarterly reports to senior leadership.

Encourage feedback and create channels where employees feel heard and valued.

Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.

Support change management processes and assist in building resilience and morale during transitions.

Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels.

Data-driven mindset with experience in survey tools and engagement metrics.

Familiarity with event planning & a creative thinker with a passion for people and culture.

Experience with design artwork/tools: Canvas & able to use AI (a plus).
