Role & Responsibilities:• Own end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, recruitment, and placement for assigned functions• Manage hiring plans and workforce demand in alignment with approved headcount and business priorities• Lead and drive mass recruitment to support store openings, backfill needs, and business growth• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and talent market insights• Proactively source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, universities, and local networks• Continuously optimize sourcing channels to improve candidate quality and hiring speed• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities• Provide recruitment advice and recommendations on candidate selection and market availability• Coordinate with departments to review, develop, and update job descriptions• Actively lead and participate in recruitment activities, job fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives• Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, institutes, and external organizations to expand the talent pipeline• Represent DFI Lucky as an employer of choice in the Cambodia labor market• Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and overall hiring effectiveness• Identify recruitment challenges and propose practical improvement solutions• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and standards• Lead offer preparation and support salary alignment discussions with People & Culture and Hiring Managers• Coordinate onboarding readiness with functional teams• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to day one• Identify recruitment challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes• Support recruitment reporting, hiring status updates, and talent market insights• Perform other duties and TA projects assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment• Proven experience in mass hiring and fast-paced recruitment environments• Retail, FMCG, or multi-site hiring experience is a strong advantage• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills• Solid knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing techniques• High level of ownership, decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills• Excellent planning, organization, and time management• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
