  • Oversee insurance operations: Manage and supervise all insurance-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Develop PFM strategies: Create and implement strategies for personal financial management services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with insurance and PFM products
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new insurance and PFM products.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on the performance of insurance and PFM products

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services, with a focus on personal financial management

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and market research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
