Effective monitoring of security systems and alerts.
Timely reporting and escalation of security incidents.
Accurate security event documentation and log monitoring.
Monitor security alerts from SIEM and monitoring systems.
Assist in security incident investigation and response activities.
Support threat detection and analysis.
Maintain security monitoring logs and documentation.
Assist in implementing security controls for network, server, and endpoint systems.
Assist in preparing daily and weekly security reports.
Support password management and security monitoring tasks.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in IT security or IT infrastructure operations and 1 year of working in banking or financial service industries.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and security monitoring tools.
Certification such as CEH, Cisco CyberOps Associate or equivalent is preferred.
Advanced proficiency with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint detection, and forensic tools.
Analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills
Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes security incidents.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
