Job Summary
A hands-on IT Supervisor role supporting daily operations, user assistance, and system reliability in a fast-paced real estate environment. You will oversee IT support tasks, maintain security controls, and help improve technology services across the company.

Key Responsibilities
● Monitor servers, networks, backups, and daily IT operations to ensure stability and uptime.
● Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in a timely, professional manner.
● Supervise IT support staff, assign tasks, and follow up on service requests and priorities.
● Maintain system security, antivirus updates, access controls, and basic user account management.
● Support helpdesk tickets and assist management users with IT needs and troubleshooting.
● Prepare IT reports, maintain documentation, and track IT assets and service records.
● Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, support, and related IT services.
● Recommend system improvements and support new IT projects and implementations.

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
● Strong knowledge of servers, networking, hardware, software, and IT security practices.
● Familiar with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, backup systems, and troubleshooting tools.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and common IT support applications.
● Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to work under pressure and provide effective user support.
● Experience coordinating with vendors and maintaining IT documentation is an advantage.
