● Plan and coordinate network projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
● Support network design, implementation, testing, and acceptance activities.
● Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
● Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical gaps.
● Assist in network performance reviews, troubleshooting, and service improvements.
● Prepare project updates, documentation, reports, and technical records.
● Ensure work follows company standards, quality expectations, and security policies.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
● Experience in network engineering, telecom projects, or infrastructure delivery.
● Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and network fundamentals.
● Familiar with project coordination, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.
● Ability to troubleshoot network issues and support technical implementations.
● Good communication skills in English; additional local language is an advantage.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or PMP are a plus.
