• Lead Conversion & Social Media: You will take charge of replying to social media inquiries and managing leads generated through our marketing activities to turn interest into signed leases.
• Negotiation & Sales: Use your persuasive communication skills to confidently present our properties, articulate their value, and skillfully negotiate terms to secure new tenants.
• Agency & Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for individual customers and real estate agencies, building strong, lasting relationships through proactive engagement.
• Tenant Journey Management: You will handle the entire rental cycle, including conducting thorough handover/takeover inspections and managing tenant onboarding and offboarding.
• Administrative Oversight: Prepare comprehensive leasing contracts, deliver monthly rental and utility invoices, and manage financial tasks like banking cash payments.
• Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for tenant complaints, working closely with our Operations Department to solve issues efficiently and maintain high satisfaction.
• A Natural Communicator: You must be highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and written skills. Being able to speak a third language is a significant advantage.
• A "People Person": You genuinely enjoy connecting with others, building rapport, and taking the lead in customer interactions.
• Proactive & Fast-Learning: You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and take the initiative to do it
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in ensuring accuracy across contracts, invoices, and property conditions.
• Organized: You are able to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and booking platform allocations with ease.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related field is preferred.
● Experience in leasing, property sales, customer service, or real estate operations is an advantage.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional, customer-focused attitude.
● Ability to explain rental terms, prepare documents, and manage leasing follow-up accurately.
● Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or property management systems.
● Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of Phnom Penh property market and tenant expectations is a strong advantage.
