Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions.
• Support system design, testing, and implementation phases.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects successfully.
• Experience with core insurance systems (e.g., Ingenium) is a plus.
• Certification in PMP, CBAP, or Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI tools, platforms, or conceptual testing of AI use cases is a plus.
