Manage interconnect agreements and wholesale partnerships, ensuring profitable and compliant operations.
Drive growth of A2P SMS and messaging services, including business development and partnership management.
Optimize routing, traffic management, and operational efficiency for interconnect and messaging platforms.
Monitor and ensure revenue assurance, margin management, and fraud prevention in messaging services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and contractual obligations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, operators, and strategic partners.
Analyze KPIs, traffic patterns, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Finance, Commercial, Customer Care) to support business opportunities.
Prepare reports and business cases for senior management and stakeholders.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in telecom, messaging, interconnect, or wholesale-related industries.
Strong understanding of market, product, and customer trends in A2P messaging and interconnect services.
Solid financial skills, including P&L knowledge and commercial case development.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and provide meaningful insights.
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of telecom products, A2P messaging platforms, interconnect operations, and wholesale markets.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
