• Manages day-to-day operation and Hardware server, Storage, operating system, and application, to record the system downtime and equipment inventory,

• Develops Hardware and Storage and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains technical staff in how to use new software and hardware developed and/or acquired related hardware server, storage, and software,

• Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support users,

• Establishes, maintains, and manages user accounts and super user (root) of Linux. Installs, modifies, and maintains systems and utility software on server systems. Provides server support related to other software and guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the host computer operating systems, disk arrays, fiber channel SAN switches, tape libraries and other components.

• Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of the critical host Servers computer and Storage resources,

• Develops procedures to maintain server, storage and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse; procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restoration of host operating systems and host-based applications and coordinates project directions and schedules to maximize benefits and minimize impacts to the bank.

• Provides leadership in planning and joins the IT development project implementation and training sessions for IT Support,

• Manage and ensure effectiveness of mail servers, Microsoft 365 services, SCCM, Tenable, Antivirus MDE, CyberArk system..,etc

• Manages the data centers and servers including hardware servers, storage, operating system application software and equipment such as air-conditioning system, UPS (uninterrupted power system) and fire protection system, etc.

• Manage and control service agreements with local and international suppliers.

• Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management information systems with at least 3 years of experience in financial settings.

• Knowledge of the IT infrastructure in banking industry is preferred.

• Excellent technical diagnostic and analytical skills and a consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving.

• Ability to develop, implement and monitor processes for systems management and operations; knowledge of and ability to monitor Service Level Agreements.

• Ability to deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management principles and embedding these into the team and organization.

• Experience in Server Virtualization.

• Ability to lead team of direct and in-indirect reports to deliver projects and system upgrades.

• Data Centers Infrastructure Management.

• Server and Storage Management (Hardening, Patch Management etc.)

• Knowledge in managing CyberArk

• Knowledge in managing Azure Cloud

• Knowledge in managing Microsoft, Linux SUN Solaris and Exadata platforms.

• Knowledge of the underlying operation banking system.

• Good organization and time management skills.

• Excellent analytical and English communications skills (verbal/written).

• Demonstrates a strong personal commitment to customer needs and corporate objectives.
