The Officer, Designation Operation implements Destination Operation in the assigned tour destinations; and
reports directly to Supervisor or Manager, Destination Operation.

  • Execute the tour operation of the assigned tour products; and ensure that these are being effectively implemented though state of the art administrative processes and procedures to meet the business and operational objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Handle tour operation of the assigned destinations
  • List down tour product inventory on GIP
  • Process land reservation as tour plan
  • Conduct tour group closing & tour cost closing timely
  • Control tour cost-effectively
  • Deal with problems in tour operation
  • Prepare monthly tour cost report
  • Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • MS Office and Software:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Other Skills

  • Good command of communication in both Khmer and English
  • Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism
