• Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to determine best options for company and products.
• Handle for specific categories goods production lead time & delivery schedule.
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service.
• Build up database suppliers offering high-quality products and new innovation with reasonable price.
• Meet with differences department to select the most beneficial and efficient items. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Work alongside with departments who run the lines ensuring productivity and accuracy.
• Form reports and presentations regarding the efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Work with the team to track cost savings opportunities.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures, Reports.
• Work closely with vendors and the Procurement Manager to obtain needed

• Degree in accounting/Administration or similar field preferred. 
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience related to procurement process within Beverage/FMCG industry.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Honesty, Teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
• Excellent participatory management skills; effective team-builder with high accountability
