  • Work closely with business stakeholders to collect and document requirements for agent services, commission management, and transaction processing.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of agent banking workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for process optimization.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Ensure all collected requirements align with regulatory, compliance, and risk management policies.
  • Support the development and enhancement of agent onboarding processes to improve efficiency and agent engagement.
  • Analyze agent transaction data to identify trends, fraud risks, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Work with Developer and product teams to design secure and scalable agent banking solutions.
  • Ensure all agent services align with AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance policies.
  • Work with risk teams to assess agent transaction behaviors and detect fraudulent activities.
  • Implement strategies for agent fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and commission validation.
  • Conduct regular meetings with agent management teams, IT, compliance, and risk management to ensure all requirements are well understood and addressed.
  • Prepare and present business requirement documentation, process flows, and system enhancement proposals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on agent business strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of agent management systems and digital banking solutions.
  • Work closely with Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of agent-related projects.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial sector, agent banking, or digital payments industry.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of agent banking networks, commission structures, transaction processing, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in business analysis methodologies, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams, developers, and agent business units to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business challenges and propose solutions.
  • Familiarity with Cambodian banking regulations, agent banking policies, and digital transformation trends is an advantage.
