A Great Opportunity for ...

Manage, maintain, and administer End of Day (EOD), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) processes on the core banking system.
Ensure EOD, EOM, and EOY processes are executed smoothly, and systems are ready for the next business day.
Monitor and assign issues via the Helpdesk system, coordinating with respective teams and providing on-site support to users if needed.
Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting all EOD-related issues, escalating when necessary.▪
Understand and execute EOD, EOM, and EOY checklists, procedures, and guidelines.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot core banking application prerequisites.
Resolve EOD, EOM, and EOY issues and notify the appropriate teams.
Maintain and track all core banking system (CBS) issues, following up with the respective support team.
Extract data for the Business (Biz) Team as requested.
Learn, support, and coordinate with users during issue simulations.
Update and report issue statuses to the supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
At least one year of experience in core banking systems and system operation troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Java programming, RES Service, SOAP Service, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Oracle database, Oracle BI report, SSRS, and other reporting tools.
Understand and be able to troubleshoot report system issues, maintain, and develop new reports.
Take responsibility and demonstrate a high level of commitment to assigned tasks.
