  • Research, analyze, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
  • Understanding any regulations such as national banks and other sectors
  • Analyze the demand/business trend of digital banking products and services to meet the needs of the organization’s target market
  • Compile the product roadmap and define necessary features to propose a new development/renovation of digital products and services
  • Stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure the company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments
  • Create a digital banking product and service planning
  • Document all phases of research and development.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

  • Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
  • Three years of working experience within the industry relevance or general research & development and planning experience.
  • A strong sense of creativity in the process of thinking of new product ideas, researching, planning, and solving problems creatively.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
  • Good business sense.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
