Monitor and track trade budget utilization, competitor activities, category trend, and channel/customer development, providing regular updates.
Support the sales team in achieving the business target
Ensure the agreed marketing plan is effectively executed across key markets and channels
Trade trade marketing budget and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely claims and reconciliations
Manager and supervise PG team to ensure effective brand activation and consumer engagement
Manage POSM design, production, and execution to ensure strong brand presence in store

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor degree in Marketing or related majors
2-3 years of experience in trade & marketing field, preferable in sales of FMCG competitors
Hard working, dynamic, flexible and team-work
Good communication, good negotiation skills, Good at analysing, organizing and quality driven
Good command of English.
