• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound material flow.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting using ERP or WMS systems.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain safe and organized storage areas in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with production planning, purchasing, and logistics teams to support material availability.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and turnaround time.
• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of materials and shipments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse safety practices.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and barcode scanning technologies.
