  • Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in operational processes.
  • Design, document, and implement improved processes using standard frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline merchant, customer, or internal team journeys.
  • Work with Product, Tech, or IT teams to scope and support implementation of system tools or process automation.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features or tools before rollout.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on operational needs.
  • Use data analysis (basic SQL, Excel, dashboards) to identify performance bottlenecks or recurring issues.
  • Prepare reports or insights to support decision-making by Operations or Leadership teams.
  • Serve as a bridge between operations, product, tech, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Train internal teams on updated processes, tools, and SOPs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, process design, or system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow or project management platforms
  • Proficient in Excel familiarity with or tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
