An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Review and monitoring of the changes or adoption of new laws and regulations applicable to banks and financial institutions, and update Management.
  • Perform annual compliance testing and ensure conduct compliance checklist properly completed by relevant department.
  • Assist to ensure the implementation of NBC’s recommendation from on-site inspection and prepare progression report.
  • Review and Monitoring on the prudential regulation by NBC requirement.
  • Prepare training material and sharing communicate message/awareness related to compliancy matter and whistle blowing.
  • Assist on preparation on the internal control report.
  • Assist on review and prepare letter and matter related to liaise with regulator and other government authorities’ request.
  • Oversee and follow up on the regulatory report submission.
  • Prepare the regulatory report and other report under regulatory function to head and to management (eg. Accident Prevention Report, etc.,.).
  • Assist on review guideline, instruction, manual and policy to comply with the law and Prakas of all bank bylaws.
  • Assist to draft, review, and update compliance policy, internal control policy, compliance checklist and framework, compliance risk assessment, and other policies of Compliance Division.
  • Participant in reporting testing and other project testing if required.
  • Assess and identify the loophole in the process for improvement
  • Training and sharing colleagues to promote compliance culture.
  • Support and Assist other teammate and other assign task from reporting line.

  • Degree in law, finance or related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 1 years in a related field
  • Good interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills.
  • Good in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Understanding of research methods and compliance analysis.
  • Knowledge of concepts, products, practices and compliance techniques for the financial services industry.
