To conduct corporate and individual sales, create opportunities to make new business.
1. Drive corporate and individual sale as per set target2. Visiting calls (direct approach) as per assigned plan3. Achieve sale target number of group business and individual by doing direct selling and closing4. Submitted daily and weekly sales report to Line Manager5. Clear all pending to ensure the case get issued within standard TAT6. Reach out to line manager to participate in joint field work to improve sales performance7. Handle claims and complaints from customer and forward to Fortune life’s claim team ASAP8. Maintain high quality of sales professional and compliance standard following company’s market conduct guideline9. Build relationship with Alpha Group to increase engagement and get more referrals10. Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
1. A college degree in business administration majoring in marketing or business-related field2. Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking and finance are preferable3. Experience as sales in life insurance or insurance company would be advantageous4. Result – oriented, Strong commitment and self- driven individuals5. Good communication & negotiation skills6. Good presentation skills7. Ability to manage and work independently8. Computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail) is essential9. Chinese speaking is preferable
