To conduct corporate and individual sales, create opportunities to make new business.

1. Drive corporate and individual sale as per set target
2. Visiting calls (direct approach) as per assigned plan
3. Achieve sale target number of group business and individual by doing direct selling and closing
4. Submitted daily and weekly sales report to Line Manager
5. Clear all pending to ensure the case get issued within standard TAT
6. Reach out to line manager to participate in joint field work to improve sales performance
7. Handle claims and complaints from customer and forward to Fortune life’s claim team ASAP
8. Maintain high quality of sales professional and compliance standard following company’s market conduct guideline
9. Build relationship with Alpha Group to increase engagement and get more referrals
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

1. A college degree in business administration majoring in marketing or business-related field
2. Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking and finance are preferable
3. Experience as sales in life insurance or insurance company would be advantageous
4. Result – oriented, Strong commitment and self- driven individuals
5. Good communication & negotiation skills
6. Good presentation skills
7. Ability to manage and work independently
8. Computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail) is essential
9. Chinese speaking is preferable
