Check emails and WhatsApp messages daily to receive and process customer orders accurately.
Prepare sales orders and issue invoices in a timely and correct manner.
Create and update new customer profiles in the system.
Update and manage product pricing based on company instructions.
Verify customer order history including prices, products, and order frequency.
Print and organize invoices in proper serial order for documentation and delivery.
Receive and assist walk-in customers with orders, product information, and inquiries.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding company products, prices, and promotions.
Re-check all WhatsApp and email orders to ensure every order has been properly issued.
Prepare invoices in advance for next-day deliveries when receiving orders from the sales team.
Record and maintain special price updates in Excel files for reference.
Update client-based and product-based pricing accurately in the system.
Process shipping commission and support delivery coordination when required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all customer orders and invoices.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Friendly, service-minded, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Willing to work overtime when required and be flexible in work schedule.
Honest, responsible, and a good team player.
