Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing & Communications Supervisor to lead our brand voice and media presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, guiding a team, and turning ideas into impactful communication campaigns.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Plan and manage online campaigns across social media, website, and other digital platforms • Create monthly content and campaign calendars
• Oversee content creation (artwork, captions, videos, reels)
• Manage posting schedules and platform performance
• Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and grow online communities
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Prepare marketing communication materials (announcements, press releases, key messages)
• Support commercial promotions and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Category teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize where necessary
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Supervise and guide marketing team members
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Khmer & English preferred)

• Experience in media, digital marketing, PR, or corporate communication

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics

• Creative thinking with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
