● Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil maintenance and construction activities across assigned sites.
● Inspect buildings, structures, and site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
● Prepare technical drawings, reports, work plans, and progress updates for ongoing projects.
● Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues promptly.
● Monitor project schedules, materials, and workmanship to support timely and cost-effective delivery.
● Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on maintenance and repair works.
● Support HSE practices by ensuring safe work methods and adherence to company procedures.
● Assist in site assessments, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations for civil engineering needs.

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
● 2+ years of relevant experience in civil works, construction, or facilities maintenance.
● Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality control practices.
● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
● Good understanding of safety standards, HSE requirements, and compliance procedures.
● Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors and cross-functional teams.
● Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
