Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily finance operations, treasury activities, and reporting accuracy in a fast-paced trading environment. This role supports cash flow control, compliance, and timely financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily finance operations, including payments, collections, and journal entries.
● Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and treasury activities to ensure liquidity and control.
● Prepare accurate financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations for management review.
● Review accounting records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on finance-related matters.
● Support month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations.
● Identify process improvements to strengthen efficiency, controls, and reporting quality.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury roles.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cash management, and financial reporting.
● Experience in Logistic, import/export, or similar business environments.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
● Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
● Good communication skills and a collaborative, professional attitude.
● Experience supervising a small team is an advantage.
● Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
