Lead JobNet Group’s distribution performance in Phnom Penh, driving partner growth, coverage, and revenue through sharp strategy, flawless field execution, and inspiring leadership.

Key Responsibilities
● Own channel targets and deliver aggressive revenue growth across distribution routes
● Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performance field sales and distribution team
● Onboard, activate, and retain partners to expand coverage and daily sales output
● Optimize territories, routes, and incentives to maximize productivity and ROI
● Track KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts; turn insights into fast, decisive actions
● Launch go-to-market pushes, promotions, and campaigns with cross-functional teams
● Build key partner relationships and negotiate win-win commercial agreements
● Drive field discipline and service excellence to win customers and protect brand trust
● Present results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership with clarity

● 5+ years in sales/distribution leadership; internet or digital services is a strong plus
● Proven success hitting targets, scaling channels, and improving performance KPIs
● Strong coaching, negotiation, and partner management skills in the field
● Data-driven with reporting, forecasting, and turning insights into execution
● Excellent English; Khmer preferred; based in Phnom Penh with regular field travel
