A Great Opportunity for ...

Work with shippers and purchasers to check and confirm shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other related documents.
Monitor ETD/ETA and update relevant parties and the shipment log regularly.
Prepare and ensure all shipping documents, including import permits, stamped invoices/packing lists, and authorizations, are submitted to the broker in a timely manner for customs clearance.
Coordinate closely with brokers, freight forwarders, and truckers to ensure shipments are delivered according to plan.
Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays with customs, logistics partners, or internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with import regulations, company procedures, and customs requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely import operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

1–2 years of experience in logistics or import/export operations.
Knowledge of import/export processes and customs clearance procedures is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
