1. Collaborate with sales, operations and customer service team.
2. Identify blockages of the process and implement solutions in a timely manner.
3. Work with the best distribution finance.
4. Build and build good relationships with vendors.
5. Sell Internet to customers to increase the number of buyers and additional revenue.
6. Have new ideas and develop relationships with yourself and with customers to determine needs.
7. Respond to online leads in a timely manner by phone or email.
8. Collect feedback to improve the competitive market and report to management.
9. Door to door promotion of Internet products and services to daily customers.
10. Keep information to management with reports on activities and results, including daily sales
reports and weekly targeting plans.
11. Gather information about competitors' prices and products for managers.
12. Record and track its customers.
13. Maintain good relationship with customers.
14. Build a referral base to build a strong customer network.
15. Resolve customer complaints on a regular basis, seek support and solutions from management
when needed.
16. Prepare reports and make recommendations to management.
17. Establish a group of agents and referral partners to sell online.
18. Try to achieve goals according to the plan set by the superiors.
19. Answer sales calls and schedule customer appointments.

1. Bachelor degree or high school diploma or equivalent qualification
2. Prior sales, call center, experienced at least 6 months to 1 year.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Strong telephone skills and computer skills MS software. Office, (Excel, Word, Power Point…).
5. Must have work ethic and professionalism.
6. Self-motivation, goal orientation and ability to work fast.
7. Have a valid driver's license.
8. Focus on work and have skills in communicating with work processes in the structure.
9. High honesty and trust.
10. Strong and capable of managing customers.
11. Able to communicate in English well.
12. Have good communication skills.
