A Good Opportunity for ..

Develops and prepare sales plan, sales strategy/pipeline, sales guide, and sales argument/pitch for selling to all targeted corporate partners from all private sector;
Take lead to acquire new corporate partners including;
Business Value Chain, Payroll service, Partner Discount and Corporate Merchant, other corporate products,..etc) and ensure to meet or exceed the expected KPI of the company at the end of the year;
Manage and follow up on all corporate partners transaction and performance;
Build and manage corporate partners/clients portfolio to create and maintain great relationships;
Analyze on the partnership services performance by each partners and by staff under supervision for proposing reinforcement action or take appropriate action to increase performance;

Maintain a very good relationship with all corporate partners from all private sector to ensure that the partnership generate fruitful result as per business need; Build a strong team spirit and ensure a positive working environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in finance and Banking, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing or related fields;
3-4 year experience in sales and marketing from Commercial Bank or Payment Service Provider or MDI/MFI;
At least 2 years experience in managerial role;
Having experience in driving Corporate Sales team commercial bank is a plus
