• Over Manage day-to-day airfreight operations, including import and export shipments
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or operational issues
• Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines and service providers
• Optimize routing and cost efficiency while maintaining service quality
• Supervise and train airfreight staff and ensure performance standards are met
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Track KPIs and prepare operational and financial reports
• Ensure adherence to safety and security standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air freight or logistics operations.
● Strong knowledge of air cargo procedures, shipping documents, and customs processes.
● Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and operational priorities.
● Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
● Proficient in MS Office and logistics/operations systems.
● Experience in a managerial role is highly preferred.
