  • Manage and oversee daily company operations.
  • Supervise operations staff and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor cash, foreign exchange transactions, and daily reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Handle operational issues and customer complaints.
  • Prepare daily/monthly operational reports for management.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, HR, and other departments.
  • Identify risks and improve operational processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, banking, money exchange, or financial services.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of cash management, reconciliation, and operational controls.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML and compliance is an advantage.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English and Khmer.
  • Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
