Store Operations Management
Supervise daily operations of retail stores and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all stores comply with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and store appearance standards.
Sales & Performance Management
Monitor sales performance and achieve company sales targets.
Analyze sales reports and operational KPIs.
Develop action plans to improve store productivity and profitability.
Control operational costs and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and retail staff.
Conduct staff performance evaluations.
Support recruitment, training, and staff development.
Ensure proper manpower planning and scheduling.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock availability and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
Reduce stock loss, damages, and shrinkage.
Ensure proper stock replenishment and product rotation.
Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service experience across all stores.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company regulations.
Prepare operational reports for management review.
Conduct regular store audits and inspections.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stores.
